Our standard processing time:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive via USPS Priority Mail which includes insurance up to $50.00.
Our delivery time is usually 5-9 business days depending on the zone (state) and holidays.

• Requires receipts for all returns.

• No exchanges or refunds on correctly executed custom orders.

• Any refunds provided to the customer will only be offered in the same form of currency used for the purchase... For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, a credit will be issued on that same card.

• Merchandise should be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. After 10 days, the product can be returned for replacement or exchange only. (Should be printed on customer receipt.)

• Items damaged in shipment can be returned for a full refund plus shipping.
